The bathroom situation could be more user-friendly. I found myself kneeling to shower due to a low roofline that felt cramped. Plus, the room itself had some design quirks, like protruding beams that led to a few unfortunate bumps to my head. It seemed like a missed opportunity not to make potential guests aware of these layout issues upfront, as they aren't showcased in their online photos.

Clean room, friendly staff, with great facilities including free mocktails for the kids during our stay in a spacious family room that was perfect for our needs and ideally located near a metro station to explore beyond the city center.

Superb location right next to the Central Train Station. The room was clean with a private bathroom, shower, and nice hairdryer. Breakfast was an awesome spread with freshly baked croissants and lots of choices. Staff was super friendly. Fitness centre was available for workouts. Overall, a great place for a stay in Oslo.
